Mouthwash Recipe For Tooth Mineralization

In order to improve our oral health, we must be careful what we eat. At the same time, we must begin to use less traditional toothpastes and mouthwashes and replace them with natural recipes.

You may not know, but toothpastes and mouthwashes sold in stores contain certain chemicals that can damage our tooth enamel, which means that these products are not 100% healthy.

Even if you’re about to buy a natural mouthwash, check the label first, because chances are that it may contain glycerin. But if you want to prepare your own mouthwash, your objective will be to get a smooth and homogeneous liquid, not too strong (otherwise you risk stopping tooth mineralization).

In one of his books, Dr. Ramiel Nagel argues that it needs only 30 days for your tooth enamel to be completely destroyed. It all depends on your diet (especially the type of fat you consume), your stress level, you sleep, your metabolism and your overall health status.

Did you know that animals that eat only raw meat have perfect teeth, deprived of cavities? And you noticed that our pets tend to develop cavities if they feed on processed foods?
Nature has provided us the most effective way to protect our tooth enamel. Just take a diet rich in calcium, phosphorus and soluble vitamins, and avoid processed foods.

Ingredients:

– 2 teaspoons of calcium carbonate (powder)
– 1 teaspoon of xylitol crystals
– 10 drops of liquid minerals
– 10 drops of peppermint oil
– 5 drops of lemon essential oil
– 2 cups of water (500 ml)

In a large bowl, put the calcium carbonate powder and the xylitol crystals, then add water and mix. Pour the mixture into a bottle and shake well for 30-60 seconds until the xylitol crystals are completely dissolved.

Shake the mouthwash before each use. You can keep it in the refrigerator for two weeks.
