Eat an apple (red or green) after lunch and after dinner (wash it well before eating). Get used to do this all the time to keep your body healthy. Apple peel is rich in vitamin C; apples contain “healthy” acids, such as malic acid, which detoxifies the body and helps remove uric acid naturally.

Limit consumption or completely eliminate form your diet foods sweetened with fructose or corn syrup, as they raise uric acid levels. Fructose is found in soft drinks (even in some fruit juices). Drink water or juices that don’t contain additives.
Use vinegar as a spice or as an ingredient in salads. Studies have shown that vinegar reduces uric acid because of its acetic acid and potassium content.
Avoid high-protein diets, especially those for weight loss because they increase uric acid levels. If you want to lose weight, it’s better to adopt a healthy diet and to exercise.
