Wheat bran do wonders for your health if consumed frequently. They contain beta-carotene vitamins, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B8, B9, E, essential fatty amino acids, carbohydrates.
Bran have antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory effects, regulates digestion, having laxative and refreshing properties.
Bran are indicated for the following conditions: demineralization, endocrine disorders (regulates glands due to its high minerals, amino acids and vitamins), anemia, diabetes, obesity, digestive system problems, colitis, chronic constipation, dyspepsia, prostatitis, infertility, kidney disease, cystitis, urinary retention, laryngitis, nervous depression, neuroses, pregnancy, rheumatism.
How to consume:
– Powdered bran: 1-2 tablespoons – add to main meals 3-5 times a day.
– Bran water: less effective for obesity, but useful for anemia and nerve diseases. Put 3-4 tablespoons of bran in 2 liters of water and consume the water next day.
Add powdered bran in soups, tea or any other liquid. Avoid liquids with temperatures above 40 degrees because they destroy the vitamins. It is good to consume at least 1 teaspoon of bran 3 times a day, even if you have normal weight and you’re perfectly healthy.
If you have certain foods you don’t like, sprinkle a little powdered bran over and consume them without any fear. In this way painful bloating will no longer occur because bran enzymes help digestion.
There is absolutely no contraindication to bran treatment. It regulates digestion and eliminates gastrointestinal problems.
