Constipation is a symptom, not a disease. Constipation is a disorder that occurs in a large number of patients, especially women and the elderly. Poor diet is the main cause of constipation, a bowel disorder.
As you probably know, food low in dietary fiber (vegetables and fruits) and refined foods consumption (meat, dairy products, white bread and sweets) frequently cause constipation. Drinking too little fluid is also important. This forces the body to extract the maximum water from the intestinal contents, increases its consistency.
As more feces stagnate in the colon, the more water is absorbed and feces become solid.
This is a very effective preparation to keep your colon healthy. You need:
– 2 tablespoons of honey
– 2 tablespoons of ground nuts
– 2 tablespoons of sour cream
– 2 tablespoons of wheat bran
– 2 apples
Mix all ingredients in the blender and consume the resulting drink in the morning on an empty stomach. Drink a cup of chamomile tea after.
